How to use
Place a small amount of gel inside the tray in the areas corresponding to the front surfaces of the teeth you want to whiten. There is no need to fill the tray with a large amount of product.
Fit the tray over your teeth and gently press it into place. If any gel flows beyond the edge of the tray, remove the excess from the gum area with a soft toothbrush or cotton swab.
Leave the product on the teeth for 2–4 hours. After the application time, remove the tray, rinse your mouth and brush your teeth. Rinse the tray with cool water and clean it gently with a toothbrush.

Only a small amount of gel is needed for each application. Using too much may cause the product to flow outside the tray, so it is best to apply it sparingly.
